Finding Tatanka screened at Big Bear Lake International Film Festival, one of Southern California’s premiere showcases for emerging talent in filmmaking and screenwriting.
Yale University Whitney Humanities Center
Sponsored by the International Festival of Arts & Ideas, this screening at the Yale University Whitney Humanities Center was part of the New Haven Docs festival.
Finding Tatanka screened for a packed house at New York's premiere venue for independent cinema and took home an Honorable Mention for Best Documentary at the Workers Unite! Film Festival.

Arizona's longest running independent film festival hosted the Arizona Premiere of Finding Tatanka.
Big Sky Documentary Film Festival
Finding Tatanka screened alongside Citizen Koch and I Am Divine at this premiere venue for new documentary work.
A packed room for another Sneak Preview at Loft Fest 2013, which featured appearances by actor Jon Lovitz, filmmaker Bobcat Goldthwaite and documentarian Peter Nicks.
200 came to the historic Rio Theater for a Sneak Preview of Finding Tatanka at the Santa Cruz Film Festival.
We were excited to be one of only a handful of feature documentaries screened at the inaugural year of the Portland Film Festival.
